Apple TV is much more ambitious than anything I've seen targeting TV. And it plugs into iOS dev/App Store ecosystem. Incredible potential

3D touch is integrated into iOS9 and works in all of the Apple apps. Peeking into a web link looks a lot like QuickLook behaviors in OS X.
